As an update.
My items have been curated into the Vault, I was given a quick tutorial on how to request be sent to me, which was easy to do. Then when I encountered Vault fees(all of $6.25) and some extra shipping due to insured value, which was correct but much higher than my winnings bids, due to the fact I got the cards well below value. They then waived these vault charges and extra insurance and I was back to the original amount and the cards will be shipped very shortly. As others have said their customer service is on an extremely high level! So, this all worked out.
