If folks like Jeff Morey had gotten autographed T cards of Lajoie, Cobb, etc., in the mid-1950s and early 1960s, it is not surprising to me that plenty of collectors got the rookies and stars of the 1950s and 60s on their gum cards. After going through hundreds of pages of hobby periodicals, I can tell you that plenty of people did!
