Default Help With ID, 1930's-1940's Baseball?

This signature came out of an autograph album I recently purchased it spanned the 1930's and 1940's and was 90% baseball with well over 100 autographs I was able to identify all of them except this one. Does anyone recognize who it might be? Thanks in advance

If all else fails try reddit r/transcription. They are very very good at deciphering unreadable text. Even in different languages and ancient.

Any chance you have a Charlie Butler, Jerry Lynn, John Fick or Jack Phillips in that book. Probably not but worth a try.
