PSA slab cert not found question?

Hey guys,
There is a PSA signed card that im looking to buy on eBay. When I ran the certification number on the PSA website it comes back to �no results found�. Why would it come back like that? This item is an old blue PSA label, not sure if that makes a difference? Thank you for your help with this. I appreciate it.
