The Beauty of Goudey (1933)
I have quietly been socking away well-priced 1933 Goudey cards for about a year now and am just 16 away from completion. Pretty soon I'll have to change my name to R319Collector...
Anyway, I am struck by the beautiful pastels on some of these cards. While there are certainly a fair share of unremarkable poses or images, there are some very colorful poses in the set that are just striking. If you've got any great 1933 Goudey poses feel free to share them here. I'm a big fan of the purple green action poses found toward the end of the set:   But some of the portraits are just as vivid...
