Restoration Failure !!

Somebody thought if he could remove the tape stains on the front of this Beliveau rookie card, then he'd make himself a few thousand dollars!

Not sure what the hell he sprayed on it ... maybe OxiClean Max-Force Stain Remover??

And congrats to PSA for catching the restoration! See? They're not THAT bad !
