T222 Grover Alexander For Sale

I have what can generally be described as a very nice PSA 1 T222 Alexander.

It recently sold on ebay for just under $900 - however, after taking a close look at the card before shipping, I noticed that what was once a very severe crease looks to have gotten worse. I informed the buyer that the card might get damaged further in shipping (and might possibly start splitting in half since its in a PSA condom and has room to move around) and gave him the option of backing out of the sale (which he did).

I am now taking offers if anyone is interested in the card in the condition described. I will likely take the highest offer made above $450, which is dirt cheap for this card. I am welcome to someone picking the card up in person if they dont want to risk it being shipped (I think the card was damaged after being sent to sgc for crossover - sgc did nothing and did not cross the card because they felt crossing it could cause some damage - I think they were correct, but unfortunately, the shipping back and forth ended up damaging the card anyway).
