Sweet Caporal unopened cigarette box NMT+

I have this beautiful pack from district 30, 4th district State of North Carolina that I am interested in selling. I read a while back that this would be a t206 holding pack. Can anyone tell me more about this? The stamp says 1910 and I can post some pictures.
