E-Card Image Quality Rankings

It is well known that the image quality differs between the various caramel card offerings, as, for example, E106s have much poorer clarity then E92s. Between the following issues, that share front images, how would you rank them in terms of image quality?

E92 Dockman
E92 Nadja
E92 Cocoa
E92 Candy
E101
E102
E105
E106
