I think they are very scarce. I have seen 2 groups in the last 12 yrs and several single cards. There have been a few Ruths sold and they have gone for around 15k-25k from what I remember....regards (ironic that I live in the Dallas area and this is my type)

Thanks for the pic Leon, great card. This is actually the first non-major league player from this set that I've seen. I think that many in the hobby still underestimate the scarcity of regional issues.

All the cards in the set are rare. Around five or fewer examples for each card, including Ruth.
