I've been cataloguing some E94's and I have a question about the background colors (and I checked the net54 archive, but without any luck): |

It is accurate, and I have a gold Patsy Dougherty that is distinctly different from the Magee. Are all the experts in agreement that the Magee is gold, as I am editing my auction catalog and want it to be correct? |

Hmm, it's definitely a different shade, but I think it was supposed to be gold. I guess it could be the darker green missing a color part, but most likely a darker gold. |

Two for gold...my eyesight isn't the greatest, so this helps. Do the two golds look different to you? |

Although my vote is to classify it as a gold variation it does in fact look different |

would it be inappropriate to market the Magee like a fine wine? |

I like that Mark. Well, enough feel it is gold, and while there is a shade of difference I tend to agree. I thank everyone, and will make the appropriate edits. I'll also see if others offer opinions during the day. |

I am semi color blind but here are mine to compare them to....I too would say a shade of gold, if I had to say something... |

Leon- your golds are almost bright yellow; my golds are yellow/green. There clearly are shades. |
