Nothing to do with his rookie card but it's quite a coincidence that Johnny was playing third base for the 1949 Cleveland Indians in an APBA Baseball game I played this afternoon. Berardino only had something like 116 AB's in '49.

wow...john...an APBA fan!!! been playing myself since early 70s.
My sister actually acted with JB on a soap opera in the 70s. Said he was a gentleman,but a little rough around the edges. Quite an interesting career!
