M101-5 Sporting News Reprints?

This powerseller has a 99.9% score and sells mostly 50s and 60s but these M101s can't possibly be
authentic, can they? I have no experience with these cards. They also have a very bad looking
Green Portrait Cobb that ends Thurs A.M.

Check their "items for sale" to see the current M101s and their recent history shows
previous sales of same sprinkled in with the 50s and 60s stuff. A Ruth went for $332
last week.

There's a clear pattern here -- large groups of relatively inexpensive 1950s cards with an occasional bogus vintage card mixed in. Pretty significant fraud going on here. I'm amazed at the number of positive feedbacks received for this crap. Does the seller really not know?

I recently bought a card from this user, and when I recieved and gave it a good look realized it was a fake. When I contacted the seller about a refund she never questioned that the card was a fake, but rather she said that she would not pay a refund because she had cosigned the card and had already payed the cosignee. After threatening PayPal dispute she angrily decided to pay the refund. I later was looking through her bought auctions, and believe she may be buying cards advertised as reprints, and then selling them as originals.
