i agree with your pricing philosophy. premiums are normally paid for "nicer looking" grades...so i personally don't think a .5 bump will increase the price enough to warrant the time and expense. |

Sending in for the possible bump is exactly what PSA is hoping you'll do. I agree with Peter, that re-submitting this one would not be worth the added time and expense. The card matters more than the holder. |

If you think it has a really good shot at an upgrade, I would think it is probably worth it. If a 7 sells for 2k and presumably an 8 would sell for around 3.5-4.5k, then I think a 7.5 would probably bring 2.5-3k and thus would be worth the $50 submission. |

Since you are going to sell it I would send it in. I would spend the $50 for what I felt was a strong chance for a bump that would add $500+ to the value of my card. |
