Could anyone provide a brief history of the W519 strip cards? I am curious about the un-numbered 10 card set. Who distributed them? How were they distributed and what were they distributed in? What are guesses as to population? What were they "hand cut" out from? etc. |

was made by the Decalco Litho Co. of New Jersey. The copyright on those shows up on occasion on the border of a card cut wide. |
