Help identifying Bill Veeck 1930s Chicago picture pack cards

Can someone help me identify these two cards.

I think the top one is from the 1931 Chicago Cubs picture pack set. And I think the bottom one is from either the 1932 or 1933 set. But I might have that backwards...
