Default T206 "Nodgrass" variation

Posted By: Adam

I always thought that in the T206 "Nodgrass" variation, there is a tiny bit of ink on the right hand, tail end of the "S." Am I wrong? I ask because a new eBay listing suggests my understanding is wrong (I am not certain of the board rule on not pointing out certain eBay auctions until they are over, so I am not providing a link to it for that reason).

yes, a real Nodgrass card has a very small piece of the "s" intact.

Adam- I've never seen one like that before, and it's raw. Bidders will incur some significant risk on that one.
