T205 purchase

I won the below linked T205. Am I correct in that it is indeed a "scarce unlisted common"? Also does the PB back really add any rarity, value, or collectiblity? I know it appears to be in presentable yet poor condition, but I feel I got somewhat of a bargain here. Any opinions are respected and appreciated.
