Goudey PSA card - mark?

The bottom right corner, over the G and U in GUM looks like there is a mark over this PSA 7 1933 Goudey Thevenow. I have this card in a PSA 4, and it doesn't have that problem, so I don't think this is a common print defect. Did PSA screw this up? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
