Default m116 Advertisement panels of Chance/Jennings available...price lowered!

Posted By: Brian McQueen

In the interest of making some financial breathing room for my purchases at the National, I thought I'd see if there was any interest in these very scarce, possibly unique m116 advertisement pieces of Frank Chance and Hal Chase. Very few m116 ad pieces exist and this is the only one depicting either of these players that I know of that is still intact. This pieces are about 4 times thicker than normal m116s. The Chance is in terrific shape however the cards on the ends (one of which being Hugh Jennings) are pretty rough. It appears that these cards were tacked to a wall at one point and then the ad-piece was simply yanked off the wall without removing the tacks first. The Chance escaped any significant damage and would make a fantastic addition to anyone's collection. The Chase is a rougher example but would make a terrific type card as well.

Asking $450 for the Chance and $125 for the Chase. Thanks in advance,

Brian

Thanks Brian, for a most pleasant transaction...

I'm starting to like the B/S/T listings more than eBay for this kind of "stuff"
