Got a story about the 1868 Brooklyn Atlantics card? Or the Allen & Ginter John Clarkson card of 1887? Or the under-printed 1933-34 Nap Lajoie card? I'm interested, and will be grateful for your pointing me in the right direction. I think personal experiences of collecting are worthwhile, too, but my focus will be on stories that represent an intersection of the player and the card (or its issuer). Warehouse finds, discoveries of new variants, all of the lore of the hobby . I'm eager to learn your views. Please reply to me offline as well on SABR-L, if you think your story makes good reading for others besides myself. |
