The Ewing has been found to be retouched by PSA SOMEWHERE--unfortunately (ho hum), nobody else can see it... The Cobb is a Coupon type 1.

I put in at least one bid more than I wanted, thinking no one would be crazy enough to pay that much over market value.

I'm guessing the Levy sisters. I think the women in this card would have liked a few minutes with the Levy sisters:

"Energetic Adulteress"

In any case, the one next to her is Uncle Fester...or possibly all four are members of the 1910 Pittsburg Pirates?

The final prices are posted. Here's the link

http://oneplacemedia.com/sloateauction/auction.html

Man did he get action or what. Some really high prices on N172. Makes me think I have been getting some great buys on ebay. Well done to Barry and whom ever the consigners are.

By the way I didn't win one lot

Oh well maybe next time.

Trevor

I was in a bidding war with two other people on the e107 Waddell, lot #83. I dropped out when the price hit $1791. It ended at $1872 I believe. Several hundred higher than I was figuring. Wonder what the same card would have gone for on Ebay.....
