I am 99.9% sure that this card is not an E107 Breisch Williams. Anyone have any idea what issue this might be? |

It looks like an M116 that has either faded or is a print error and just the black was printed. |

The card is blank backed. Maybe it is cut from a vintage M116 Poster? I e-mailed the seller to let him know that the card is not from the E107 set. |

Either it has been faded or is missing a color process. |

Although I have never seen this image, I would say it is a M116 with messed up coloration. The telltale clue to its identity is the unmistakable, M116 style print on the bottom. My guess is the back is blank (I don't recall the seller mentioning it), so with this fact along with the weird coloration they thought it had to be an E107. |
