For those of you haven't yet experienced it, Ebay has a really obnoxious program designed to cash in on post-auction offers to underbidders. If you sell an item at auction and try to contact the underbidder off the auction listing, Ebay routes you through a second chance system where they control the content and charge you a fee if the buyer takes the item. |
