Greatest Sets Ever
What would your top five vintage football sets be? Kind of an open question that could be related to your personal favorites or those which may be the most valuable for collectors. Please don't nominate anything produced after 1971, since I'm looking for a pattern of some consensus among the oldies. Thanks.

I love pre-war so there is a bias toward that era in my list
1. 1926 Pottsville Maroons RPPCs - first 'card' set that has all NFL players in it 2. 1935 National Chicle - iconic set and love the artwork 3. 1894 Mayo - how can you not include the first mainstream football set 4. 1926 Spalding - iconic football players in a multi-sport set 5. 1955 Topps AA - i love this tribute set Honorable mention Red Grange Shotwell sets (ad back and blank back) jeff
