Default W9316 Connected Panel

I have this connected w9316 panel from 1921. A few HOFers on here. What do y'all know about this set? In my homework I've never seen a connected panel from this set. Interested to learn more about it!

Strip cards like these are an acquired taste to be sure (I happen to like them).

Since you’ve posted in the B/S/T section I presume they will be for sale? If so, I’d be interested if a FMV is decided on (thnx).
