The only logical explanation is that this is some scammer hoping to take you for as much as you'll buy, and then never deliver. This clearly went through a translation program. Quite probably someone from an Asian country who has no grasp of the English language. I see it on ebay for some Japanese sellers in the Olympic category. What we call pins translates from Japanese as 'pinbatch'!
