PSA\DNA MLB HOF postcards or photo questions

I would like advice when buying these off Ebay. I am looking at MLB hall of fame players that I cannot get easily on cards. Basically the old time players.

Any suggestion or tips when buying PSA/DNA slabbed postcards or photos of these MLB HOF players, on Ebay?
