Hi Guys and Gals,
I will be setting up at the Saturday, March 1, 2025 Gettysburg Card Show selling vintage cards from 1909-1983. I recnetly bought a huge collection of 1954-1956 and 1960 Topps cards, and will have them priced and for sale for the first time at this show. The card show has 80 dealer tables and a bar and a food stand. The show runs from 9am-3pm. The show is located at: 2634 Emmittsburg Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325. I will likely be wearing my blue Brooklyn Dodgers hat. Please stop by, say hello, and bring your wantlists! Thanks, Rich |

I haven't been to an honest-to-goodness show in way too long. I live in MD and the 'Burg is only 45 minutes away. Plus I'm a Civil War reenactor, so I simply love the town.
What forms of payment do you accept? |

Hi Rich - great to meet you today! Was that your son with you? Seems to be a good young man - he did his best to keep my sort-of-bored 10 year old nephew engaged.
I hadn't been to a show in a LONG time. Man - all the kids walking about with those black briefcases holding slabs, and I saw one haggling with a dealer, looking at his phone to cite recent sales of whatever modern card he was looking for. VERY different vibe. Thanks for posting about the show in the first place. Take care! |

In DFW, with the exceptions of the shows Kyle Robertson and his teams put on (and my small 20 table synagogue show twice a year) I tell people these people speak a hobby language I'm not familiar with. Yes there are tons of people at the DCS who speak that new language but there are enough left who speak the card language I understand. Regards Rich

Yes, that was my son. He;s a great kid. He just graduated from Villanova University in December and is now in their graduate program for accounting & data analytics. Yes, card shows today are very different from the old days. And since we specialize in vintage cards, we have very little do with the majority of younger people who are only interested in modern cards. Probably 90% of foot traffic in regular shows in PA are mostly or solely intersted in modern. Of course there are outliers like the Philly Show. I estimate that about 10% of people at regular shows in our area are looking for vintage. What really amazes me is how many guys that are 45+ old seem only interested in modern also.
But 3 Net54 members stopped by our table and I want to thank them for coming out to Gettysburg! Rich Quote:
