When using PM to another 54 guy ??

Tech assistance needed , thanks.
I know how to send a Private Message to another 54 member.
I know how to find the " sent PM's" to another member.
There is a second choice over there which reads " Send an e-mail" to another 54 Member" I've been using that e-mail choice to a member , who told me it was easier for him to read , rather than the " Send a P M"
. Is there a way for me to see and review those recent " sent" e-mails to him ? I do not see anything to click on , but I am not e-mail/computer literate like you kids.

In order to go back and read them you have to save them first. Below the box you type in there is another section with additional options. You need to check the save a copy box. Without doing that they are not saved.

..Thanks ; I've always saved "sent" Pm's . But I do not see the "sent" e-mails , just the P M's. I do not see a "save e-mail " box to check off over there ? Anywhere else the e-mails might show up over there ? He has not been receiving the e-mails I've been sending using the set-up over there. My home computer doesn't seem to be getting a copy of any sent 54e-mail either . ??
