Default 1968 Topps Images/Information Sought

On to 1968....

1) Wrappers:

I have the plain version with the camera, umpire counter, sunglasses and chemical set, and the game version with just the game instructions - any other combinations out there? Also any images of any of these offer items.

2) Wax case - I have one image showing a case with a 401 code, which corresponds the plain wrappers and boxes. Looking to see if there was another version that held the game boxes and packs?

3) Game card inserts - I wrote down years ago that these were issued in series 3-7...is this accurate? Was the boxed set available all year? Doesn't make much sense to include a premium to get kids to buy packs if you're just going to make them all available for 10 cents.

4) Cello and rack case images/information desired.

5) Cello and rack box images/information desired. TCDB has the image below as a cello box - this seems strange as I believe plain-looking red boxes were used in 1969 as well as 1966 and 1967. Were the cello boxes in 1968 like this one?

6) Any information or images on grocery cases, display trays or packs.

7) Vending box or case information/images

8) Sheets - these are images I HAVE:

Series 1 with Bob Locker upper left
Series 2 both slits
Series 3 Rose upper left
Series 4 both slits
Series 6 both slits

Any help with the rest would be appreciated.

BTW, can you post the series 1 slits? I have only seen partials (9 or 10 rows) of those two slits
