Question - selling item/ paying with paypal ??
What am I missing here ?
Listed a card for sale - $100 found a buyer Agreed on price of 100 told him- send me 100 with paypal noticed I only got " apprx" 95 bucks contacted him and asked for 5 bucks more He said he paid 100, but used goods/service /fee so I only get 95 I never had that happen to me before( in many years of buying selling using pay pal ) , and he doesnt think he did anything wrong ?? WTF ??
