Opinions on this Mantle Ball?
I received this as a gift a very long time ago from a relative who was trying to do something nice. I have a COA, but it's dated 1998, which is after his death. I sent it to PSA back in 2011 and they said "Questionable Authenticity." (Questions below the pictures)
   Is it worth trying again to get it authenticated? If not, I'd like to remove the signature from the ball and keep just the ball (cuz it's cool). Any recommendations on removing the signature without damaging the ball? Thanks.
