Default Joe Cronin letter to Ossie Bluege

Letter dated May 1, 1968 from Joe Cronin to Ossie Bluege along with photo of Bluege and other members of the infield of the 1924 World Championship Washington Senators. Letter signed "Joe" reads: Dear Ossie: I am enclosing a picture a Baseball fan sent me that other day and wanted you to show it to your children to they could see what a good looking third baseman you were are still are, for that matter. Kindest regards.

Bluege had the items framed. The letter is not securely place under the matting and there are small tape marks on the lower right of the hpto and the upper right of the Cronin letter. Purchased recently as part of a lot from Hunt Auctions which included many items consigned by Bluege's daughters. REDUCED! $99 postage included.
