Default New arrival - 1946 American Card Catalog

While not the highly coveted 1939 edition. This 1946 edition is the next best thing. I believe that this particular book is hobby fresh, and was just recently discovered by a paper ephemera dealer.

I am honored to own something produced by the man considered to be the father of our hobby.

Nice acquisition, congratulations.

Occasionally, I look at my ACC to contemplate the lettering and numbering of the card groupings. I still find it fascinating. Today, our collecting efforts still benefit from Mr. Burdick's efforts.

Probably.
I currently have 2 but have owned 1-2 more.

This is one of the very few photos known of Burdick, (shown before). You can see '46 and '53 copies in the background.
