Card not authenticated on eBay
Hi I won a Jim Thorpe 1955 Topps card on eBay . The authenticator saw the card and said it couldn’t put a sticker due to a listing error in the buyers part . The card is being mailed to me but with no eBay Auth sticker . The card is raw graded 5.5 by Beckett .. has this happened to someone else .. should I keep it and send it to Beckett for encapsulation and verification? Is just send it back for refund it’s a nice card ..seller feedback is 100% and he said he hit it at a show . He will refund if I want

I would guess the Raw Card Review grades by Beckett maybe don't qualify for the authenticity guarantee (either as slabbed and sent to PSA or raw and sent to CSG). If the card comes and you like it and everything seems fine, then seems like you're getting what you expected...just without the ebay guarantee.

Just give it a good look when it arrives and if you think anything looks off, at least the seller is willing to take it back without any hassle.
