BGS or PSA ever "lose" anyone's card(s)?
Hi everyone. New member here -- excited to join. Thanks for reading my post, and sorry in advance if this has been a topic of discussion before!
Am curious if anyone has recently or ever sent a card(s) to BGS or PSA or others and then been informed that they've "lost" or "misplaced" the order. By that I mean the company itself lost the order -- not in transit. Can you share any details about your experience? Or of similar stories you've heard but know personally to be true? Asking because of some press interest in the frequency of this and the potential for fraud, so trying to get a sense anecdotally from members just how common it is. Thanks all. Happy collecting!
