Default FS: 'My Mom Threw Out My Baseball Cards' T-Shirts...

(Fear not, I cleared this with Leon.)

So many of us old school baseball card collectors share the same traumatic, life-altering memory from childhood. And that, of course, was the day mom shamelessly threw out our baseball cards!!

Well, it is finally time to start laughing about it, as this shirt sheepishly pokes fun at that unfortunate event from so long ago!!!

shirtpromo01.jpg

• The FRONT says, “Sure, I LOVE my dear, sweet mother..."

• And the BACK says, "...But that B*TCH threw out my baseball cards!!

Notes: There are four different BACK options, where you can choose your favorite vintage, time-honored mom put-down, "TRAMP," "FLOOZY," "HUSSY" or "B*TCH."

And 'mom' is found in two versions - (same exact illustration, but) a pale white lady with orange hair or a darker complexioned woman with dark hair. If you have a color in mind to make it look more in line with your own 'mom,' send me a specific CMYK color mix and I'll see what I can do.

The garbage can graphic includes a high-res collection of all sorts of great baseball cards from the 1950s through the '70s. It looks fantastic!!

***VERY, VERY IMPORTANT***
Zazzle has an overly strict 'content code,' and they don't like the words I'm calling 'mom,' so when you click on a link, you will see (in blue) "change your content filter." Click on that and drag the arrow to the far right to the word "OFF." This will allow you to see the shirts.

Here's where to find the shirts:

Store: https://www.zazzle.com/store/elms_baseball_cards

Individual shirts:

https://www.zazzle.com/mom_threw_out...10344706840149

https://www.zazzle.com/mom_threw_out...58902441707022

https://www.zazzle.com/mom_threw_out...58977906714382

https://www.zazzle.com/mom_threw_out...44681977421589

https://www.zazzle.com/mom_threw_out...83654693237889

https://www.zazzle.com/mom_threw_out...78947223236390

https://www.zazzle.com/mom_threw_out...60195349155515

Not gonna lie, these guys are a bit expensive, as they're priced just under $27, but I have little to do with that, as Zazzle has a base price for a full-color, two-sided shirt before I'm able to add my paltry $2-$3 profit. But Zazzle coupon codes can be found everywhere. All week, they had various coupon codes for 15%-25% off, so just do a search and you should find a decent discount.

To paraphrase Henry Ford, right now you can have any color shirt you like...as long as it's white.

These graphics are not to scale, as I quickly put them together, but here's what the shirt looks like. Again, there are two 'different' moms, each can be found with the four different backs...

If you're a part of a FB baseball card group, please help a guy out and post the store link there.

Thanks!

Spelling "Yastrzemski" correctly without needing to look it up since the 1980s.

Just wanted to give a quick update.

As was pointed out to me (thanks, Charles!), many people couldn't actually see the shirts, because Zazzle doesn't think the words I'm calling 'mom' are rated G, so you have to change the content filter in order to view them. The links have been updated, and if you look under ***VERY, VERY IMPORTANT*** it tells you what to do to be able to see the shirts.
