*SOLD* 1921 Press Photo (NY Giants - World Series Infield)
FS: Original Press Photo of the 1921 New York Giants famed infield, including George Kelly, Johnny Rawlings, Dave Bancroft, and Frank Frisch. Titled "World Series Possibilities -- The Infielders of the N.Y. Giants" and dated 9-21-21.
According to the previous owner, this was purchased at auction with a number of other personal items from George Kelly's estate. Apparently this was personally annotated by Kelly himself - as you will see, he noted the last names above each of the player portraits and inscribed "World Series Infield of 1921 - New York Giants" below said photos. Does not come with a letter of provenance or COA.
Has some toning and creases throughout, but images, annotations, and paper stock on back are in good condition. If you would like additional photos, please don't hesitate to let me know.
