My neighbor found a team autographed Brooklyn Dodgers photo. 8x10. Her uncle was a team chaplain 1946-1950. Wanted someone to take a look at it for me. I'd post a picture here but I've always found that posting large pics are pretty difficult (but maybe I'll try). Thanks!

If it helps, it's the same exact photo as here. Except mine in question is not a Type I. But it's an exact match.

Are you positive your photo isn't a type 1? If it's the same as the one in the link, it's a very famous team photo from 1947. In the back row you see Dixie Walker with his head turned, supposedly as a protest against having to play with Jackie Robinson. Walker was shipped off to Pittsburgh at the end of the season .

Positive. I'm a photo guy and this one looks like maybe it was developed off of the negative. But all the signatures are on there; inclusing Dixie Walker. I just need someone to look at the signatures and let me know if they are authentic. I'm close to 100% positive that they are. Thanks!

I have a lot of exemplars of Brooklyn Dodgers of that era. Post some pictures and I will try to help. Jeff |

Can I text them to you? I’ve tried and the pics will not post.

A quick glance and it looks to me that the same person signed the Pee Wee Reese and the Ray Blades.

The Jackie looks like one I have on an old-timers ball I posted years ago here that everyone gave thumbs down.
Also I agree with Mike, the Reese and Blades look too similar as do others. I dunno, could this be an early "The Brow" job? |

I was emailing with Brendan about this. My take was that at least some were clubhouse signatures.
