Needing some information on a E-94
This is my first post on net54 so let’s hope the pictures I attached work. I recently picked up this George Close Candy E-94, and when looking at all VCP sales I didn’t find a single one with this yellow background that had sold. Was hoping to get some information on whether it is more scarce than the rest of the background colors for this card, and if so what kind of value it would have. The bottom of the card is trimmed.

Good Morning and welcome to the board. Here's a link to an old thread which surveyed collectors of the set to see their background color. distribution. Based on these results, Gold is slightly more difficult, but definitely not a rarity. https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=85497. Given that your card is trimmed, but still looks nice, I would say it is probably in the $50-100 range.

It is a tougher color combo but I have seen one before. I do not believe it is on Bob Marquette’s list for his master set so that would mean there are at least 3. Great card!!
