Need Help With Vintage Photo ID

Hello all. I have this 4x6 photo supposedly of Jimmy Whelan. He had 1 at bat for the Cardinals in 1913. I am trying to determine if it has any historical or monetary value as I have been told it is the only known photo of him in a uniform. Marked on the back it says Dayton, OH which is where he died in 1929 but I show no records of a Dayton Triangles team other than the NFL one. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated. The photo will be for sale so if you want to contact me about that please do.
