Al Simmons bat 1934

Looking for some input on a 1934 Al Simmons bat, is it possible it is game used ?
It is 36" in length.

Bat is a pre-1934 Simmons store model bat. No "Powerized" stamping to the right of the center label which was introduced in 1933 or so. A.S. in the center label also rules it out for being a gamer. Still, a nice vintage bat.

There's one on eBay right now that looks almost identical, except that it's 34 inches long. The seller is claiming it's game used, but I had my doubts.

Prograde but store bought and 36 inch more desirable obviously than the 34
