HELP! Does anyone recognize this sig and jersey?
Hey guys. Does anyone know who's jersey this is by the sig or style? I assume it's a turn back the clock jersey but I don't know what year and I certainly don't know the autograph. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The jersey is a thowback to 1942.
“Wartime sleeve patches were worn by all levels of professional baseball teams between 1942 and 1945.
