No Purchase Necessary sweepstakes
So, for years I would enter the NPN sweepstakes for Topps and Panini and Upper Deck, and would often get cards in the mail in return - nothing amazing, but it was fun to get surprise packages. But for the last several years, I've gotten nothing. I gave up on entering Topps and Panini, because that cost postage. I still enter Upper Deck because it's free, but nothing. My question is, why would they suddenly stop sending stuff? Either I have the worst luck in the world (which is possible) or something has changed....anyone know anything?
