Default 1950 Remar Baking Proofs?

Hello all, first time posting. I've been collecting buying/selling off and on since the early 80's.

I happened to come across these Remar "proof" sheets in an online auction (which I won) and thought they were kinda cool. I wasn't too concerned about the value (I didn't pay a lot) but if I can make a buck, I'd do so to fund completing my 64 Topps set. Does anyone know much about these? I suspect they're not vintage but created after 1970 (Renata Galasso perhaps?) but haven't found much in on the internet about them, any help or knowledge dump would be appreciated.

Craig

I'm skeptical about them because the writing on the backs should be in blue.
