1933 Goudey lot of 42 with HOF, low #'s and Bengough - it's over!
This auction is for a lot of 42 different original 1933 Goudey cards. Many of these cards came from the recent bengineno9 auction here on Net54. Some are the result of upgrades (a man has the legal right to upgrade his collection...it's in the Constitution). And some were just hanging around waiting to be attached to a lot like this.
About this lot: The cards are in lower condition, ranging from Poor to some that aspire to the lofty grade of G-Vg, with most being in Fair to Good territory, which of course is always better than Foul territory, which sadly is where a handful of these cards reside. Included are cards of Hall of Fame players Frank Frisch, Goose Goslin, and the Rookie card of Leo Durocher. Also included are #1 Bengough (severe paper loss on back), the '36' years old corrected error card of Jimmy Dykes, as well as 4 more additional low numbers. A fine addition for those who can not get enough of old cards.
The starting bid for the lot is $50.00, with dollar increment bids. Auction closes at 10 pm EST Sunday August 13th. Bids time stamped at 10:01 pm will, unfortunately, be too late, and may hinder your ability to drive at night, or eat pork rinds as a side to a gourmet entree. Shipping is included with your well-deserved winning bid. Paypal, money order or check is fine. Good luck!
