Hi-

I have the following small collection of Negro League autographs for sale. I can do better on prices if you want more than one item. I guarantee all autographs to be authentic (please, someone let me know if there is a fake!). All photos are modern (early 1990s ish) reproduction photos. There are no original photographs.

Please let me know if you need better scans, if you have any questions, or if you are interested. I prefer email but PM or post is fine. Payment is by check or money order and if you are a well known board member I will ship to you prior to receiving payment. All prices include shipping. I have more and will be posting them in this thread by tomorrow.

8. Casey E Evans autographed letters (2 different letters). Here is the odd thing. I am not sure who he is. He said he pitched for the Memphis Red Sox, Birmingham Black Barons, and Chicago Giants but I could not find anyone with a similar name who pitched for all three teams. The content is incredible as he talks about playing with or against Mays, Robinson, Paige, Irvin, Doby, and others. He is also fairly boastful about his own abilities. Both letters are on multiple pages. = 150.00 for both

I think he played for Memphis and Birmingham, and might have played for the Giants of Baltimore, not Chicago. Any chance he had a further nickname of "Casey"?

Thanks Jeff! I thought it might be him, but there are a few autographed items of him and the E is totally different. I will post it in the autograph section if I can't figure it out soon.

21. 1979 Memphis Magazine featuring Memphis Red Sox (Negro League team) on the cover and an article inside. Signed by 9 players including "Double Duty" Radcliffe, Verdell Mathis, Isiah Harris, Frank Pearson, and others (I can send a better scan where the names are easier to read if desired) = 125.00
22. Monte Irvin signed repro photo and Buck O'Neil signed 1995 appreciation night photo card = 30.00

All 22 items are listed at a little over 1200.00. I will accept 800 for the entire lot if someone wants the whole group.
