Sorry for going off topic, but is this BMW's 6 graded by KSA?

Just wondering if this is the same guy who was at the Toronto Card Expo in the spring who had some very nice cards but all were graded by KSA?

It seemed odd to me, why an American would use a Canadian grading company to grade his cards?

His cards did look great and I was interested in more than a few of them, but they were pricey and all graded by KSA.

I just looked at all their 52 Topps cards listed on their site and didn't see one KSA graded card?

Is this a company with multiple employees or is it one-two guys? The guy I was talking to at the T.O. show was a large guy, (he even said so himself), but now I am confused, not seeing any KSA graded cards on their site, if it was named something else or they have separate graded KSA cards for when they do CDN shows?
