WTB Red Heart Mantle
Strong reasonably centered PSA 7 ideal, if it's on ebay I have seen it.

also been looking.... what do you think of the raw "nr mt" mantle for $825? It looks great to me but Im very nervous about buying this card unslabbed since I know there are fakes. Good luck to you and thanks in advance for replying. PS I also gave some slight consideration to the "Beauty" from the Polo Grounds but this one is also unslabbed and VERY high priced at $1680!

VCP on a PSA 7 Red Heart Mantle is $824. I wouldn't pay $825 for a raw near mint one. If the seller wants Graded prices they need to get the card graded. James |

I saw that one too. I have to agree with James if you're hoping the card will grade NM you should be buying a raw card around the EX/MT price. That being said it does look pretty nice. Good luck with your search Peter.

Thanks to all who posted. This PSA slab thing is kind of like a gambling game where you pays your money and you takes your chances! I guess the only way to be sure is buy one already graded but then you pay out the nose. Ive noticed that many cards graded the same in a slab ( especially the lower ones like 2 3 4 ) are VASTLY different in eye appeal ..... for whatever thats worth.
